Our Story
Maya Bakery + Coffee was founded by Ayca and Mert after years of experience in hospitality and a shared passion for creating memorable food experiences.
After moving to Newfoundland, we dreamed of building a bakery where people could enjoy handcrafted pastries, specialty coffee, and a warm atmosphere that feels like home.
Today, Maya is proud to be part of the St. John's community, serving fresh baked goods, signature matcha drinks, and quality coffee every day.
